Step-by-Step Delivery Flow
Booking received
Order received via into our portal via CSV or API
Pre-Delivery Contact
Within 24 hours of order allocation, customers receive a calendar link offering multiple delivery slots, improving convenience and reducing failed deliveries.
Day before delivery
We will send an SMS and email to your end customer the evening prior to delivery, this will enable them to ‘live track’ the driver and see a ‘to the minute’ predicted arrival time and give them a 3 hour time window
Day of delivery
The Driver will call them 30 minutes before to confirm delivery and will deliver to room of choice
Completion & Confirmation
Proof of delivery will be available either upon request or through our customer portal. Our drivers always capture a photo of the delivered product, a photo of the customer’s property, and obtain a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) for your records.
